Pictures with Santa will be happening at The Peddlers Market in Colonial Beach on November 29, 2025. The market is happening from 10 am – 5 pm, but Santa will be there from 12 – 2 pm. Pictures are pay-what-you-can.

Ashland (& Bass Pro Shop Locations):

Santa’s Wonderland at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s is one of the best places to go to get FREE pictures with Santa. You’ll receive a FREE 4 x6 photo to take home. You can also take as many pictures as you want with your own camera. Photo packages are also for sale. Picture reservations for this year have started. Free pictures run from Nov 2 – Dec. 24, 2025. Reservations are available up to seven days in advance. During your visit, you can mail letters to Santa. You can also enjoy the amazing aquariums and wildlife displays.

Bass Pro Shops will also be having a Yuletide Breakfast with Santa. This will be happening on Nov. 22, 2025, at 9 am. Reservations open up Nov. 15.

Richmond:

Santa Photos will be available at the 33rd Annual MomCo Woodlake Cookies and Craft Fair on November 8, 2025, 10 am – 12 pm. There will also be activities for the kids. The fair is from 9 am – 1 pm.

Head to Kline’s on Sunday, Nov. 30, 2025, 1-4 pm for Sundaes with Santa. Bring your phone for pictures. All children who take a photo with Santa will get a coupon for a FREE Junior Meal at Chicano Boy Taco.

On December 14 (1-4 pm) and 16 (2:00 – 4:30 pm), 2025, Santa will be at the National Museum of the Marine Corps for FREE visits. The Spotsylvania Volunteer Fire Department’s annual Santa Run schedule begins the Friday after Thanksgiving. Santa Run schedule will start Nov. 28 and go through Dec. 20, 2025. Check the website and Facebook for schedule and routes. (Waiting for 2025 dates)
The Fairfax County Police Department (and other jurisdictions) will escort Santa to local schools and government buildings to pick up donated times and deliver them to hospitals and community children in need on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. They will be at the Mosiac at 1 pm on this day. (Waiting for 2025 date)
