You can see 𝗣𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 right where the river curves along the Rappahannock River Heritage Trail. This is a great trail that connects to the Canal Path Trail. Spotsylvania County Sheriff Office’s Trunk or Treat
This is by far the best Trunk-or-Treat in the area. It is worth the wait. You will get a lot of candy–even full-sized candy bars and bags of candy.
