LibertyTown Arts Workshop is a 13,000 square foot gallery with over 40 local craftspeople and artists. Artists create and show right on site in 27+ active studio spaces. There are potters, wood workers, welders, blacksmiths, oil painters, pastel artists, water colorists, and fiber art. They also offer CLASSES in:- Pottery ( both Adult and Children’s classes…beginners welcome!!!)- Oil Painting (from several noted artists including Bill Harris, Ed King and Jenna Anderson)- Blacksmithing- Oil Pastels- Chinese Watercolor- Standard Watercolor- Knitting- Weaving- Drawing- Jewelry Making- Sculpture- and much more!
LibertyTown is currently offering socially distanced classes for both children and adults. They also have special workshops and drop-in classes. Even if you’re not interested in classes, it’s worth a stop just to look at their gallery and shops. You can just look. There’s no pressure to buy.
